Attend Quarterly Board Meetings.
Attend Annual Organizational Planning Meeting.
Provide guidance, suggestions or assistance with fund raising programs.
Final approval and enforcement of the by-laws for the Foundation.
The Board of Directors will establish sub committees. Board Members may want to serve on one of these sub committees.
Review recommendations from the Executive Committee regarding Grant applications and approve Grant funding.
The Executive Committee will prepare the Annual Budget and the Board of Directors will be responsible for reviewing and approving the Annual Budget.
Directors will be responsible for overseeing the investments to ensure they conform to the Investment Policy and that the investments are performing to the expected levels of return.
