On Friday evening June 2, 2006 the stars will be shining in Troy with the Community Foundation of Troy's 5th Annual Summer Nights "Hollywood". Come as your favorite Hollywood personality or business casual and take a walk with us on the red carpet to experience this star struck evening. Returning for the fifth year is Ron T of Oldies 104.3 WOMC as our Master of Ceremonies. After your red carpet entrance you will be dining on the fare of Hollywood from a bygone era while listening and dancing to live music performed by the Coachman. It would not be Hollywood without cocktails served all evening long and a special martini bar. As the moon rises over the Hollywood hills we will finish the evening with an auction and raffle and more dancing with the stars.

Again this year we are having a murder mystery performed by Random Acts that is especially written for our event in keeping with the "Hollywood" theme. Start thinking of whom you would like to sit with because you will work together as a table to solve the murder mystery. The winning table will receive fantastic prizes totaling over $1,500.00.

The Community Foundation of Troy has selected the children's Great Lakes Burn Camp as the recipient of a portion of the proceeds from this event. The Great Lakes Burn Camp is a special place for burn injured children ages 7 - 17 to meet, heal, grow and support other burn survivors in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Through proceeds from this event along with others there is NO COST to the families of the burn survivors to attend camp.
